preventive care in Sweden

01 — Our mission

A proactive anddata-informed futurefor care.

Our mission is to help move care conversations from responding to symptoms toward earlier, data-driven prevention.

We use structured diagnostics and longitudinal follow-up to help clinicians identify the questions and risk factors worth discussing before decisions are made.

The aim is not to promise a particular outcome, but to support informed choices about health, capacity, and wellbeing over time.

02 — Our approach

Built on data.Measured in outcomes.

Our work is grounded in measurable effects. We do not work from assumptions—we measure, follow up, and improve continuously.

85% of members lower their biological age by 2.5 years on average.

03 — The team

The peoplebehind the clinic.

Consultant doctors, nurses, health coaches, engineers, and care coordinators work toward the same goal: health information that is followed over time, not reduced to a single snapshot.

Portrait of Dr. Khalid Almaghribi, founder of Nordic Lifespan

Dr. Khalid Almaghribi

Founder

Nordic Lifespan was founded by Dr. Khalid Almaghribi, senior consultant in emergency medicine with extensive clinical and leadership experience. He previously served as Head of Emergency Medicine at Karolinska University Hospital, leading operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Internationally, he has worked with the World Health Organization (WHO) in Riyadh during the Ebola response and contributed to strengthening healthcare systems in resource-limited settings. These experiences exposed a fundamental limitation in modern healthcare: its focus on reacting to disease rather than preventing it.
