2. Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data necessary to provide our services:

• Health-related data (medical history, diagnoses, test results, allergies, medications)
• Administrative data (bookings, payments, invoices)
• Next of kin details (if provided by you)
• Recruitment application data (name, email address, cover letter, and CV)

3. Why We Process Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide medical care and preventive health services
• Document medical records as required by law
• Send appointment reminders and communication
• Manage billing and payments
• Improve our services, IT infrastructure, and consent-based website measurement
• Assess job applications and administer recruitment

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on:

• Contract (to deliver the services you have ordered)
• Legal obligation (e.g. maintaining medical records under the Patient Data Act)
• Consent (for specific treatments, communication outside of contract, and optional analytics or marketing cookies)

5. Data Retention

Medical records are stored for at least 10 years, as required by law. Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill contracts and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Recruitment applications and CVs are retained for up to 12 months after the relevant recruitment process ends, then deleted unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

6. Data Sharing

We only share your data when necessary to:

• Comply with legal requirements
• Work with trusted partners (e.g. laboratories, IT service providers)
• Deliver healthcare services under contract

With analytics consent, we use Google Tag Manager for website measurement and collect first-party booking attribution. With separate marketing consent, we use Meta pixels to measure selected public page visits and booking actions and support advertising. This includes public service pages; Google measurement also includes news articles. Vendor scripts can receive the current page URL and context. We do not send patient records, contact details, or form answers through these event integrations, and advanced matching is disabled. Necessary cookies are always active; optional cookies stay off until you choose. You can change or withdraw either choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choices for up to one year.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (free of charge once per year)
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of data in certain cases
• Request restriction of processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable
• File complaints with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)
