Preparation instructions
HR registers participants through the designated link. Testing can take place at the clinic or on-site. Participants should bring a list of current medications and supplements and follow any fasting instructions provided before testing.
A structured preventive health assessment that helps employees understand their health and supports employers with an anonymised view of workforce health trends.
The Corporate Health Programme gives employees a structured assessment of key health markers, physical measures and lifestyle-related risk factors.
Testing may include a blood panel, InBody body composition analysis, spirometry and grip-strength measurement, either at the clinic or on-site.
A 60-minute physician consultation reviews the individual results and provides clear, personalised recommendations for prevention and improved health.
Each employee receives an individual prevention report within 48 hours of the consultation. After six months, employees receive a digital follow-up and the employer receives an anonymised Employer Health Report.
Individual health information remains confidential. Employer reporting is aggregated and anonymised.
